We had so much fun on the 4th--we went to two friends' houses where the party was hot. It really had that feel of classic celebration-old time good times. Fireworks and the grill were smokin', there was fishing (not a lot because the huge bomb-like booms of the fireworks scared not only the fish but all of us over 30) I took pictures of everyone's kids but I can't get over the S family's girls with their blonde hair and light eyes, they are very striking. I love the one of them and my Will--such a ladies man! ha. And then of course this post would not be complete without a shout out to Stella who is now 1 and starting to walk and has such a tough girl attitude. We did her one year portraits in about 15 minutes with 3 clothing changes as I knew she wouldn't have the patience for any of it, but she did enjoy the cake, just like her mother.
Happy 18th of July everyone!
